Hi, I’m Keiara Dotson licensed esthetician and founder of Gallery Esthetics, located in the heart of Deep Ellum, Dallas, TX. My passion for beauty and skincare began long before I ever stepped foot in a classroom. Growing up, my mom would always ask me to do her lashes even waking me up in high school to make sure hers looked perfect. That’s where my love for the art of enhancement truly started.People always complimented my skin, and it made me curious... what if I could help others feel that same confidence in their own skin? That curiosity became purpose, leading me to graduate from Paul Mitchell, where I refined my skills and learned the science behind the glow. Beyond skincare, I’m a proud mom to my daughter Kree, who inspires everything I do. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me reading (everything from self-help to biographies), cooking new recipes, or trying to grow food and plants — all things that bring me peace and creativity.

With over six years in the skincare and beauty industry, I’ve turned my passion into purpose helping women look and feel their best through artistry, education, and connection. I’ve hosted skincare events, webinars, and trainings designed to educate, inspire, and elevate confidence from the inside out.
As a licensed esthetician and founder of Gallery Esthetics, I’ve had the honor of teaching and graduating 12 estheticians, all TDLR and State Board approved, who now carry forward the same standard of excellence I built my business on.
From Hydrafacial events and advanced lash training to corrective skincare workshops and mentorship, my work is rooted in creating experiences that feel exclusive, intentional, and results-driven. Every service I offer and every student I mentor is part of the bigger vision building a community that values beauty, education, and growth.
